A Small Loan is a short-term loan between $300 and $2,000 that you repay over a period of 1 - 4 months. Repayments are due weekly, fortnightly or monthly. All repayments are managed via direct debit or Debit Cards, and they are scheduled for when your pay goes into your account. This helps customers stay on top of their repayment schedule.
Small Loans are fee-based only. You'll pay an establishment fee of 20% of the amount borrowed and a monthly fee of 4% of the amount borrowed. An APR does not apply.
First time customers may be eligible to borrow up to $600 if employed, or $300 if on Centrelink benefits. When you have an active loan with CashnGo, you'll need to finalise all the repayments before you can apply for another loan with us. This prevents you from getting into long-term debt and losing control. For people who run into repayment difficulties, CashnGo will offer flexible solutions to assist you with getting back on track.
Please contact us if you have any further questions about our loans.
A Medium Loan is for larger amounts between $2,100 and $5,000, with a term of 2 to 12 months. Repayments are due weekly, fortnightly or monthly and are managed via direct debit or Debit Cards, scheduled around when your pay goes into your account.
Medium Loans have a one-off establishment fee of $400 and a maximum APR of 48%.
As with all CashnGo loans, our lending criteria and suitability checks apply. You'll need to finalise all repayments on an active loan before you can apply for another one with us.

CashnGo offers Small Loans from $300 to $2,000 and Medium Loans from $2,100 to $5,000. First-time customers may be eligible to borrow up to $600 if employed, or up to $300 if receiving Centrelink benefits.
The amount available to you depends on our lending criteria, suitability checks and an assessment of what you can comfortably afford to repay.
If you have borrowed from CashnGo before, we will also consider your repayment history when assessing a new application.
We aim to assess your application as quickly as possible. A decision may take up to one business day and can take longer if we need more information or need to verify any details in your application.
If your loan is approved and you have signed your credit contract, we can send the funds to your nominated bank account within minutes. Processing times can vary between banks.
Before you begin, have your personal and contact details ready, along with the details of the bank account where you receive your main income.
You will also need a Visa or Mastercard debit card linked to that account. We use your banking information to verify your financial situation and assess whether the loan is suitable and affordable for you.
The online application will guide you through each step.
Like most lenders, we carry out credit history checks, however, we are more interested in your current financial situation than issues you may have encountered in the past. If you have a regular income and have the ability to make your repayments, we welcome your application.
Credit history is only part of our application assessment - we also consider other information as a responsible lender.
With that said, if you are bankrupt, in a Part IX debt agreement or Part X personal insolvency agreement, your application will be declined.
Upon approval of your application, your money will be transferred within seconds into your nominated bank account. Waiting times may vary dependent on your bank.
Generally we don't require documents as we are able to verify all the required details without you needing to send any paperwork. Should we require any additional documentation, the Customer Care team will contact you.
The fees depend on the loan product you are approved for.
For Small Loans from $300 to $2,000, there is an establishment fee equal to 20% of the amount borrowed and a monthly fee equal to 4% of the amount borrowed. An annual percentage rate does not apply.
Medium Loans from $2,100 to $5,000 have a one-off $400 establishment fee and a maximum annual percentage rate of 48%. Loan terms range from 2 to 12 months.
Your credit contract will clearly show the fees, repayments and total amount payable before you accept the loan.
Your repayments are scheduled to align with your pay cycle and are collected automatically from your nominated bank account by direct debit or debit card payment.
We will send you an SMS reminder the day before a repayment is due. You can view your loan balance and repayment details at any time in the Members' Area.
Contact us as soon as you know you may not be able to make a repayment. If possible, get in touch at least two business days before the payment is due so we can discuss your circumstances and available options.
If a payment is attempted without enough money in your account, your bank may charge a dishonour fee and additional charges may apply under your loan contract.
Call our Customer Care team on 13 13 11. If you are experiencing ongoing financial difficulty, let us know so we can discuss hardship assistance.
If your circumstances have changed and you are having difficulty making repayments, please contact us as early as possible. You do not need to wait until a repayment is overdue to ask for help.
We will listen to your circumstances and discuss the assistance that may be available. Call our Customer Care team on 13 13 11 or email [email protected].
